The room had a beautifully styled and well-appointed feel. the rooftop bar is a must visit. It is a great location. for a couple of nights stay.
The staff seemed overly familiar. I feel professionalism is important for a 5-star hotel. the staff seemed more focused on their friendships with colleagues rather than the customers.
