my broadwick soho experience
exquisite detail delicious food quality facilities
the hotel showcases interior design, where every detail felt considered. i loved the fabrics, wallpaper, and decor.. they were fine. i had lunch at dear jackie and visited the flute, experiencing delicious food and cocktails.
the hotel added a charge labeled 'accommodation service' without clarifying that it was optional during check-out, but this was resolved.

The hotel's location was really convenient for accessing different parts of the city. The breakfast menu offered varied choices, and the food tasted very good. The rooftop bar provided a pleasant spot to unwind.
The staff seemed too casual. I believe a more formal approach would be better for a hotel of this standard. I found the staff focused more on their interactions with each other than on the guests. This sometimes affected the attentiveness.
